Monthly and annual billing include the same features within the same tier. Annual billing is charged once per year and is displayed as an averaged monthly price, while monthly billing offers a shorter commitment. The current Pricing page says both billing options can be cancelled at any time; confirm the checkout terms before purchase.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Recapo does not provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of that period. Before cancelling, download any needed outputs and check the account for project-access rules that apply after the paid period ends.

Yes. Teams, partners, creator projects, and customers with custom usage needs can contact Recapo through the Contact page. Include the number of users, expected monthly video volume, typical source length, required output resolution, and any support or workflow needs so the team can recommend an appropriate setup.

Credits are the monthly usage allowance included with a Recapo subscription. The public Pricing page lists 2,500 credits for Starter, 5,000 for Basic, 15,000 for Pro, and 40,000 for Ultimate, together with approximate film counts. Actual usage can vary by workflow, so do not convert credits into a guaranteed number of outputs.

The current Pricing page estimates about 3 films per month on Starter, 6 on Basic, 17 on Pro, and 44 on Ultimate. These are planning estimates tied to each tier's monthly credits, not guaranteed output counts. Source length, settings, retries, and the workflow selected can change how much work the allowance covers.

Pro includes output up to 1080p HD, while Ultimate includes output up to 4K Ultra HD. Starter and Basic currently list output up to 720p HD. Resolution availability can also depend on the selected workflow and source quality, so show the active export options in-product and keep plan claims linked to Pricing.

Use the subscription center to request a plan or billing-cycle change and review the effective date, price, and any proration before confirming. The public Pricing page does not specify every upgrade or downgrade timing rule, so the FAQ should not promise an immediate change. Contact support if the required option is not shown in the account.

The public Pricing and Refund Policy pages do not currently state that unused monthly credits roll over. Do not promise rollover in page copy. Users should check the subscription center or contact support for the rule attached to their plan; Billing should update this answer once an explicit rollover policy is published.

Recapo purchases are generally non-refundable after generation starts or credits are consumed because processing uses server and GPU resources. Exceptions may apply when a confirmed technical error deducts credits without producing output or when payment fraud is verified.
