Because generating AI video content involves significant server and GPU costs, once the generation process has started or credits have been consumed, all purchases are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
Exceptions
In the following cases, we may provide a refund or credit balance:
- A major technical error caused a generation to fail and credits were deducted with no output produced.
- Confirmed credit card theft or fraudulent use.
